Website operator and scope
God Seven Foundation Corp operates the Worship Miami website. Effective and last updated: October 19, 2026. These terms explain permitted website use, ownership and event information. They do not replace any separately accepted registration, sponsorship, volunteer, artist, supplier or attendance agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Event announcements and admission
General admission is free. Date, venue, lineup, capacity, opening hours and access arrangements will be confirmed through official channels. Information may change for safety, weather, artist availability, venue requirements, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate material changes through official channels. Free general admission does not imply that every optional item or service is free, or guarantee a place before any announced access requirements are satisfied.
Illustrative images and personal testimony
Concept images, including AI-generated scenes, illustrate an atmosphere; they do not confirm a venue, stage design, production scale, crowd size, specific activation or final program. The founder’s testimony describes his personal faith and the origin of the vision. It is not a promise of a particular spiritual, medical, financial or other result for any visitor or attendee.
No reservation, partnership or authority from an inquiry
A contact submission does not reserve admission or confirm participation, employment, a booking, a donation, sponsorship, licensing rights or any commercial commitment. Only an authorized representative may approve an agreement in writing. No visitor, volunteer, vendor or prospective partner may bind the organization, collect funds in its name, announce an affiliation or use its brand without specific written authority.
Copyright and ownership of creative materials
Original website copy, designs, graphics, photographs, audiovisual works and other materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law and owned by, or used with permission by, their respective rights holders. No ownership is claimed in third-party material, public-domain material, or unprotectable elements merely because they appear here. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The general ideas of worship, faith, family activities and community gatherings are not claimed as exclusive property.
Brand names, logos and official identity
Worship Miami, its WM identity, logos, visual elements and distinctive brand presentation identify this event and its authorized activities. No license to use them is granted by visiting the website. Without written permission, do not use these assets on merchandise, advertising, events, fundraising pages, social accounts, domain names or other materials in a way that infringes applicable rights or suggests sponsorship, endorsement, ownership or affiliation. No federal trademark registration is represented unless expressly confirmed. Lawful descriptive reference, reporting and other protected uses remain permitted.
Permitted sharing and prohibited commercial reuse
You may read public pages and share links to the official website for personal, noncommercial information. Except where applicable law permits, written permission is required to reproduce, adapt, sell, license, publish or commercially exploit protected website materials or brand assets. Do not remove ownership notices, impersonate the organization, create misleading official-looking accounts, bypass access controls, scrape nonpublic information or use the service for spam or other unlawful activity. Nothing here restricts lawful fair use or other statutory exceptions.
Confidential concepts and private materials
Unpublished presentations, production documents, budgets, activation details and other private materials are not licensed through this public website. Access to such material may be subject to a separate confidentiality and limited-use agreement before disclosure. Recipients must comply with any agreement and legal duty that actually applies to them. Public website access alone is not a nondisclosure agreement, and information is not a trade secret solely because these terms call it confidential.
Permission requests and suspected misuse
For press, sponsor, church, ministry, merchandising or other brand-use requests, contact info@worshipmiami.org before using protected assets. Any permission is limited to the approved purpose, format and period stated in writing. To report suspected infringement or impersonation, identify the material or account, provide its location, explain your concern and provide a contact address. We may investigate and pursue remedies available under applicable law; these terms do not impose automatic penalties or establish a statutory notice agent.
Submissions and requested communications
Submit only information you are authorized to share. You retain rights in your submitted material; you permit only the handling reasonably necessary to review and answer your inquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy. A submission does not authorize public use of your name, testimony, image or creative work. A separate written release or license may be requested for publication. General inquiries do not enroll you in event updates; those require a separate opt-in.
Attendance, families, filming and separate permissions
Attendance rules, accessibility arrangements, safeguarding procedures, recording policies and any necessary participant or image releases will be provided with the relevant event process. Parents or guardians remain responsible for their children’s supervision, subject to any expressly agreed supervised activity. This website is not an attendance waiver and does not obtain blanket consent to record or commercially use a visitor’s or child’s likeness. Participation, medical or media releases requiring consent must be handled separately, including appropriate guardian authorization for minors.
Official channels and third-party services
Use the contact details and official social links published on this website to verify announcements and authorized representatives. Third-party platforms and links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content. A link does not itself constitute an endorsement, contractual relationship or guarantee.
Website availability and limits of responsibility
We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information or security against every threat. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organization is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by website use or reliance on unconfirmed information. This provision does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, personal injury liability that cannot be excluded, or any other nonwaivable right. It does not act as a release for attendance at the event.
Applicable law, disputes and interpretation
To the extent legally enforceable, Florida law governs these website terms, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory rights of the visitor’s jurisdiction. Please contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Where a valid agreement establishes jurisdiction and applicable law permits, proceedings concerning these terms may be brought in competent state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed here. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply. The English and Spanish texts are intended to convey the same meaning; mandatory interpretation rules and separately signed agreements control where applicable.
Changes and contact
Updates apply prospectively from the published effective date and do not retroactively alter a separately signed agreement or remove accrued mandatory rights.
